The three legs supporting IC intentional communication and journalism are Intelligence Information Ideas. Intelligence from grassroots groups and advocacy organizations, combined with ideas from research and education think tanks, makes it possible for authentic journalists to make information comprehensible. Storytelling for Survival is a journalistic tool deployed by IC Magazine to connect indigenous communities worldwide with a comprehensive understanding of new threats, challenges and opportunities.

Researchers, analysts and journalists that contribute to IC help protect the Indigenous Peoples Movement from its enemies, as well as help it surmount barriers to freedom erected by states and markets. When effective, storytelling from an informed indigenous perspective can help to redistribute political power.

Comprehending Communications in Conflict helps indigenous resistance to globalization make the connection between intelligent communications and networked power. Applying the Power of Moral Sanction in fighting for our lives is central to rebuilding democratic society, of which the indigenous resistance to tyrannical powers is an essential component.

Recognizing the contribution of indigenous peoples to democratic renewal helps to reduce violence against them, and leads to a process of social transformation that appreciates their human dignity. Countering the malign neglect of establishment media, IC Magazine constitutes an international exchange of news and information, combining emerging technologies and indigenous networks to engage with their allies and supporters.

The diversity of experience and perspective that IC brings to modern media serves to enact the collective vision, that in turn catalyzes the indigenous movement for truth, liberation and reconciliation. Integrating this resistance through dialogue and discussion builds a sense of solidarity based on ideas; relating these ideas to the conflict between modern states and indigenous nations is what distinguishes IC Magazine from all other media. We're fighting for our lives

Indigenous Peoples are putting their bodies on the line and it's our responsibility to make sure you know why. That takes time, expertise and resources - and we're up against a constant tide of misinformation and distorted coverage. By supporting IC you're empowering the kind of journalism we need, at the moment we need it most.
