Observant readers have brought to my attention that it would be helpful to have a list of readings by topic. Creating a reading list was relatively easy; paring it down to what I deem the most suitable introductory publications, and noting the topics found in each put more strain on my cortex than expected. Nevertheless, in the interest of collegiality — with the caveat that this would all make more sense when combined with a face-to-face orientation — here goes.
