Totoroes

Introduction

The Totoroe (Totoro) are located in the eastern department of Cauca, Colombia. Their population is estimated at about of 3500 people.

As a result of a strong influence from Western culture, the Totoroe’s culture has been considerably diminished. Today there are few if any traditional speakers left.
