Kenneth Little Hawk is musician, storyteller, keynote speaker, recording artist and actor, descending from the Mohawk and Micmac Nations.

In this clip, Little Hawk shares some of the wisdom he has learned from his grandparents — lessons that we would all do well to live by, regardless of where we are in the world or what people we come from.

Filmed by John Pritchard on location at Bear Mountain. You can learn more about Little Hawk at littlehawkshow.com

We're fighting for our lives

Indigenous Peoples are putting their bodies on the line and it's our responsibility to make sure you know why. That takes time, expertise and resources - and we're up against a constant tide of misinformation and distorted coverage. By supporting IC you're empowering the kind of journalism we need, at the moment we need it most.
