Prior to IC Magazine, there was no independent media publication devoted to covering the Indigenous Peoples Movement, and providing a platform for them to tell their vital stories. Uncompromised by government or corporate funding, IC Magazine is now the place to go for accurate and accessible information about the present struggles of Indigenous Peoples. The growing grassroots support in the form of small donations from IC readers is testament to that.

Now, it is time for those with the capacity to become IC builders ($1000) to step forward so IC can expand its coverage with audio/visual productions, as well as continue its print and online publications. The foundation has been laid; help us build the infrastructure to bring you the best coverage possible.

Do it today.

We're fighting for our lives

Indigenous Peoples are putting their bodies on the line and it's our responsibility to make sure you know why. That takes time, expertise and resources - and we're up against a constant tide of misinformation and distorted coverage. By supporting IC you're empowering the kind of journalism we need, at the moment we need it most.
