That doesn't apply to Indigenous People because they have their own rights...land rights especially. Even if the Indigenous Nation or community is numerically small, they still have their own rights (no matter what the government says) If Indigenous People were minorities they would have no such rights (or land). What is right and what is wrong and what is perfect to allow reasons to rights to life actually means. As indigenous peoples of the global economy; there is only 484,000 Indigenous Fijian Peoples in the world although we exists in many places as migrant, are we actually a minority group or not??? America has consistently denied its obligations with Native Americans, which are <a href="http://indigenousissuestoday.blogspot.com/2007/12/legal-status-of-native-american-tribes.html" rel="nofollow">sovereign indigenous nations</a> based on treaty rights, for well over 100 years. It will still be seen whether this report results in any actions, but it is an important step in social justice. This report is long overdue.
