very unfortunate comment of the King of Spain telling Chavez to shut up during the Summit . It seems the King forgets that his role in Spanish politics is symbolic and not political. Zapatero asks Chavez for respect (as the latter called the ex-president of Spain José María Aznar, facists, and non-human), but at the same time the King was totally unrespectful with the president of Venezuela.

This Summits are characterize by soft comments, and it always comes as a surprise when someone speaks out freely as Chavez normally does. In the end the role of the King was symbolic, as still in the 21st century the King of Spains tells the president of Venezuela to shut up, being one of his big mistakes in diplomacy.
