Thanks to First Peoples Human Rights Coalition for putting together the following release – and to International Indian Treaty Council, Indigenous Network on Economies and Trade, Univ. of Arizona Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy Program and many other distinguished and articulate communities and organizations for their leadership and amazing work in focusing United Nations attention to the role being played by the transnational corporations and their continued violations of indigenous rights to spirituality, health and self-governance.
